Does it hurt?Its like snapping your wrist with a rubber band, most of time you are shot it is on the gun or mask where it doesn't hurt at all. Top

How old do I have to be to play?Participants must be 10 years or older, players under 18 must have a waiver signed by an adult. You don't necessarily have to bring your parents, just someone over 18 that is able is sign the waiver or have it signed before you come. Top

What should I wear?Pants and a long sleeve shirt are recommended for play but not required, dress for the weather if it's hot out a tee shirt is fine. Top

Is paintball safe?Yes, the risk is equal or less than any other actions sports like baseball, soccer, biking and football. When proper approved protection is worn the injury rate is lower than most outdoor activities. We have been in the paintball business for over 11 years and have never had an injury that has required medical attention. Top

What do I need to bring?We supply all essential safety equipment needed to play, most people bring some food and beverages for their group. You can bring your own paintballs for a small fee, but remember bring your own paint cannot be combined with any other offer or free entry tickets. Top

Do I need to be in good physical shape to play?No really, but it will help. If you are unable to run for long periods of time then you can play from the back of the field and let the younger ones do the running. We have had people play paintball here well into there 70's, remember you decide how much running you need to do on our fields. Top

What is your maximum group size?Our maximum group size is 200 players, if you have more we can still accommodate you but would need a few weeks notice. Top

If I pay bring your own paint can I still buy paintballs from you?Yes, you can still purchase paintballs from our rental shop. Top

When do you close for the season?We don't close for the season, with new technologies in paintballs preventing freezing and thickening of fill we are able to stay open all year at both of our locations. Top

Do you fix paintball guns?Yes, we have technicians available to fix most paintball guns. It generally runs about $10 for labor plus what ever you equipment needs in parts. Some easy repairs can be done on the spot and other can take a few weeks if parts are needed. Top

Do you hydrotest tanks?Yes, we do hydrotest paintball, scuba and scba tanks it costs $30 and takes about a week. Top

Do you rent any body protection?Yes, We rent chest and neck protectors for $5 each. We also sell chest protectors, neck guards, gloves and masks in our full line pro shop and store stop by or click pro shop for more details. Top

How long does 500 paintballs last?The average person will go through 500 paintballs in about 2 hours. Additional paintballs can always be purchased as long as you are here, remember at Northside Paintball we do not limit your time play all day if you want. Top

With a private group do we get our own field?We do not reserve individual fields as we want players to experience all we have to offer. Private groups can play amongst themselves or join other groups it's your decision to make when you are here. If you have a group of 100 or more we do reserve the course to you group any weekday of your choice but not on the weekends. Top

Can you play paintball in the cold?Yes, when the weather requires we have plenty of winter paintballs on hand that won't thicken as they cool. All of our fields excluding speedball are open all year round so your experience will be the same. Remember you will generally have more clothes on in the winter so you will not feel the paintballs as much. Top

Does the paint wash out of cloths?Paintballs are made out of water soluble materials and wash out regularly. Remember there is some dirt and other materials here that may not wash out so it is a good idea not to wear you sunday clothes to play paintball. Top
